The main meeting facility, The Royal Ascot Room, is in excess of 2100 square feet on two levels. The lower and upper floors can be separated to provide breakaway rooms for project and proposal work. The royal ascot room can accommodate up to 150 participants, and is capable of a large variety of seating configurations to maximize the productivity of the group. Groups of under 10 participants may prefer the intimacy of the dining room, library or sitting room in the main house.
Full audio-visual equipment is available and the Inn will provide by request any additional equipment that the meeting planner may require. Additionally, the Inn will offer assistance in supporting presentations of virtually any type. Presentation aids such as white boards, flip charts, and screens are available upon request. The Inn can provide a range of additional business support services upon request.
The Inn will provide complimentary refreshments , including a selection of gourmet coffees, fine teas, soft drinks and snacks, as a morning or afternoon break. We can also provide sandwiches, hot buffets, cocktail receptions orhors d'oevres with advance notification.
The meeting rooms can be reserved by the half-day, full day or multiple days. As each company has unique and individual needs, we ask that you contact us directly for pricing and information. Package rates can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis and can include accommodations, dining, and other services. We can also arrange events for spouses, including wine tours, sporting activities, or theatre.
