All room rates shown are based on single or double occupancy and do not include 9.5%tax.
Extra person charge of $25.00 applies. Rollaway charges of $25.00 also apply

Reservations: Weekend reservations during high season require a two-night minimum stay. You may call 48 hours in advance and request a one-night stay.

Deposits: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a one night's deposit or 50% of your total stay, whichever is greater. You may either send us a personal check or you may provide a major credit card at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable, less a $10.00 service charge, if cancellation is made at least7 days prior to your arrival. Refunds within 7 days are subject to our ability to re-rent the room. Your deposit applies to the exact nights reserved.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also honor personal checks and most major ATM cards.
Children: Although we love children, The Inn at Stringfellow Farm is most appropriate for adults. We do, however, accommodate with pleasure responsible older children. Children under 12 stay free, if sharing a room or suite with an adult.
Pets: Our resident Inn-cats, Judy and Zeke, prefer not to compete with other pets for attention. Your equine companions, however, are welcome to take their bed and breakfast on our 19 acres.
Smoking: The Inn at Stringfellow Farm is a smoke-free environment. Considerate smokers are permitted on the porch and deck areas only.
Check-in and check-out: To ensure that each room is perfectly prepared for your arrival, we request that you plan to check in between 4:00PM and 7:00PM. Arrangements can be made for earlier or later arrivals with advance notice. Check out time is 11:00AM.
Please note: The Inn at StringfellowFarm appreciates your business; however, it is not always appropriate forindividual guests to tour our facility prior to their reservation date. Inthe interests of serving everyone equally, we limit site inspections to thoseplanning weddings, parties or business meetings.
